you are that greedy? we both know all games wont end 2-2 or 3-2.

i rly feel bad becus i spent 15k fg myself and u dont even try to think real score, just pick most common all time.

new rule idea: you can pick one score only once?

Then change the rules to pulling a name out of a hat because thats what this game becomes. With other games there's room for strategy. Restricting picks here ruins that.

How would that relate to a new rule. I do have some streaks where i took 2-3 for all games in a night or a few games in a row.

I personally went 2-3 for home teams as 5.5 is sort of the standard over under, play offs will tend to the low side of that average and home teams tend to have an advantage.

Then i went through and tweaked some just on gut feelings teams and etc.
Almost all my game goal totals are between 4-6.

see i disagree. theres still plenty of room for strategy in this game. if i kept the rules the same everyone would now choose the same score becuase they see it works so it basically becomes a goal scorer game

i know that there will sometimes be the same score twice in a night and thats fine but what i dont wanna see is people choosing 3-2 for 90% of the games. and for the people who say it takes too long i got through all the games in under 10 minutes

Then the winner is the one who varies it just enough to get the edge, like canuckzzz did. I literally just used a random number generator in excel with specific parameters and got a better score than 2-3 across the board. It's not a godmode strategy, don't treat it like one.

Frankly it's gonna average out to turn into a goal scorer game anyway.

Like I said, make your rule, I'll gladly find a way around it while using the same strategy. Just seems lame and unnecessary to me.

it might and it might be something i look into changing next year. the main idea was for both to work equally but maybe i need to weight it more towards the guessing the score than the goal scorer
