Yeah 4 of his last 5 starts were amazing performances but how long can he keep it up? And in the playoffs?
I'd rather go with Crow who has proven that he can handle the pressure of playing in playoff games with the teams life on the line.

I'd go with Crawford. He's won before and IMO deserved the Conn Smythe that year. Should be mentally tough enough to bounce back especially 'cause they won so he doesn't feel as bad

i think that having "playoff experience" is a goalie as the most overplayed/overtalked thing in hockey.

the better guy should play, period. if its crawford, play him. if not, put the other guy in.


you cant gain experience without playing, but you cant play without experience. how does that make sense?

And in my opinion Crow is the better goalie of the 2.
The Hawks organization seems to think that as well which is why they are going with Crow in net for game 2.
It's only the fans who think there is a goalie battle right now.
