You realize that Gronk is possibly the BEST fantasy player in the league right?
30 points above the second closest TE in fantasy points, and on pace for over 200points.
I took him 3rd overall, and only because I didn't get the first pick. I would not trade him straight up for any player in the league.
So when you package him with a soaring Freeman, who's remaining schedule consists almost entirely of weak pass defenses, you get a great package.
Then look at the other side. Eli is a great fantasy QB, no need to elaborate. But he only has 2 more fantasy points than Freeman, and don't expect him to pick it up more than he has been already.
He's had one of the easiest schedules so far, and now it's finally about to get somewhat difficult. Expect him to slow down.
Witten is a pretty good TE, but the way Romos playing it's hard for him to break out. And he's nowhere close to the same level as Gronk.
Whoever is getting Gronk + Freeman wins this trade.
Edit: Wait, you're talking about Peyton?? That's a bit better, but still a win for Gronk/Freeman
The thing is, Jbell will still roll Brees so that's why he's willing to part Peyton. But getting Freeman to sit on the bench is not worth anything.
The Difference in Points between Peyton and who ever Chreeis gives and Gronk compares to Witten should not be worth it for jbell, especially since he's out of playoff contention and gets a player who will sit on his bench for the rest of the year
