No, the first trade was just absurd. Everyone could see that. I'm just saying right now that Manning is worth a lot more than what you're giving him credit for. He's the 6th best QB right now, and the more he plays with Denver the better he is going to get. Not to mention he is still recovering. His value is going to do nothing but climb. You guys are both treating him as if he is a mid-tier guy and it just doesn't make sense to me.

So can I trade

Freeman + Gronk
for Witten + Manning?

Is that a base that works out?

Not a terrible trade but you still win.

e; I'd allow it.

It helps this year that Freeman has a new #1(Vincent Jackson who was a stud in San Diego. Plus Mike Williams is pretty good & underrated.

honestly I just feel like jbell is giving you a big gift just because he said while ago he quit this league and does not care.
What fucks fantasy leagues? People who are out of the league and start trading their best players to team still in it.

Imo we should not allow it

We actually talked about this trade a long time ago. If I could pull up Steam chat logs I'd have proof of some kind.
The original trade is already vetoed.

You can't not allow somebody to trade because they're in last though. That's absurd.

The trade went through but I still don't understand the point of the trade for jbell. Josh Freeman has no impact on his fantasy and he's giving the league's *most probable* MVP and a good TE for a better tight end...

Maybe something like Murray and Gronk for Peyton and Witten and then again not fair :P

But who cares I guess. Gl everyone for this week :) Jbell, i'll still rape you

You realize that Gronk is possibly the BEST fantasy player in the league right?

30 points above the second closest TE in fantasy points, and on pace for over 200points.

I took him 3rd overall, and only because I didn't get the first pick. I would not trade him straight up for any player in the league.

So when you package him with a soaring Freeman, who's remaining schedule consists almost entirely of weak pass defenses, you get a great package.

Then look at the other side. Eli is a great fantasy QB, no need to elaborate. But he only has 2 more fantasy points than Freeman, and don't expect him to pick it up more than he has been already.
He's had one of the easiest schedules so far, and now it's finally about to get somewhat difficult. Expect him to slow down.
Witten is a pretty good TE, but the way Romos playing it's hard for him to break out. And he's nowhere close to the same level as Gronk.

Whoever is getting Gronk + Freeman wins this trade.

Edit: Wait, you're talking about Peyton?? That's a bit better, but still a win for Gronk/Freeman

The thing is, Jbell will still roll Brees so that's why he's willing to part Peyton. But getting Freeman to sit on the bench is not worth anything.

The Difference in Points between Peyton and who ever Chreeis gives and Gronk compares to Witten should not be worth it for jbell, especially since he's out of playoff contention and gets a player who will sit on his bench for the rest of the year

So for jbell, it's essentially he's getting Gronk for Witten. And you're saying he's NOT doing what's in his best interest?
