Used no fat burner or anythings like that... I was running around 1 hours with a huge black sweater with a t-shirt + Underarmor tight shirt... Was watching what I was eating.. No Mcdonalds, low fat etc etc :P

Does sweating more, as in heating yourself up, actually help?

What do you mean? By having "heat-keeper" shirt etc? If so, yes it did a lot ! I'd say I've lost around 30-35 during these two intense months and then stopped everything I kept losing weight just because I'd eat less than I would usually do

You have to be careful with the water loss. Sweating more in itself as far as I know doesn't actually help burn fat, that's more of a tactic for wrestlers who need to shed a few extra pounds to reach that lower weight class for competing. There are a lot of people who die from it -- I assume ToSteD is replenishing his water afterwards, unlike a lot of the wrestlers who stay dehydrated for weigh-in.

HOWEVER I can see the heavy sweating as a kind of cleansing ritual. You can detox off of the shitty food faster if you sweat more.

Haha ! Yes indeed ! I was drinking around 2L-2.5L of water each day.. That's very dangerous if you don't drink water enough, of course. I've got a lot of "after-burning" effect with sweating more, but like everything, it goes with your body
