Started back at the gym over the past month+. Extremely motivated, I actually look forward to going now.
Eating healthy + regular exercise = awesome energy throughout the day.
Seeing some decent progress but I started basically from scratch so it's not much overall.
My legs and lower back are so much weaker than every other muscle. Every girl at the gym half my size does more on squats and deadlifts :rofl:
squats are a lot about technique, my deadlifts are just around 20 lbs higher than my squat, and i only do 1x5 dl instead of 5x5 squat
remember to keep an eye open on form, good form low weights>>>>bad form heavy weights
remember to read into what you classify as healthy, since a lot of shit people say are proven bullshit in science.
it takes a long time to get anywhere, just keep in mind to always hit parallel on squats
