so many parts of your squat that can drastically improve. being able to keep your back tight while you squat will bosot a big amount, hip drive etc aswell - dave tates videos are pretty good at explaining the squat
i was going to do the smolov squatting routine, but i guess ill have to wait a long time for that, lol
