Squatted 255 today. Started incorporating daily stretching and it made a difference in my squats , felt much better adn got a lot lower than usual.

Bench is up to 210. I want a 225 bench , and 315 squat by march . Bench seems incredibly realistic, squat will be harder.

Getting back in shape by playing ball hockey 2 days a week.

It is a start and I will go from there. Easy to find excuses when you work full time and want to take some schooling on the side.... but I hope I can follow through.

at ~ 195 now want to be ~185 be able to jog 10k with not too much struggle, Bench 250x4-6 reps Squat ~ 350-400 with good form and lose this damn beer/mcdonalds gut I have had forever.

if you want to improve your squat, try to get a powerlifting session or talk to someone that knows form. you can literally explode in amount of weight you can squat if you get the right hipdrive etc

I know a few power lifters . I'll give them a shout , but I think it just has to do with my inconsistency when it comes to leg day

sprained my ankle walking home yesterday, fuck snow covering the edge of the walking roads :<

so many parts of your squat that can drastically improve. being able to keep your back tight while you squat will bosot a big amount, hip drive etc aswell - dave tates videos are pretty good at explaining the squat

i was going to do the smolov squatting routine, but i guess ill have to wait a long time for that, lol
