Drouin seems to be just getting lower and lower on the depth charts. Pretty low risk high reward signing but I was really hoping he'd turn his career around. I haven't been able to watch many games this so I'm not sure if it's just him trying to figure a new system out or if it's effort/talent.
Avs just called up Riley Tufte(which I'm actually low key excited for) and practiced him on the 2nd line with rants and ryjo and bumped drouin to the 4th line.

Also, once again the glass cannons avs are getting injuries early on in the season. Makar and Byram both questionable for tomorrow's games

Drouin the last 15 games, 16pts averaging - 20 mins a game. He seems like he's understanding the system and is actually using his skates to make plays finally. :thumbsup:

Drouin has really found his game and it's awesome. Toews has been an absolute beauty on defense; that contract is sublime. All of our stars are showing out. The fact that Cale and Moose look like they haven't hit their top gear yet, but are still insane compared to the rest of the league, is just stupid.

Now that Drouin has found his game, I gotta say I really like all of the new guys and their production besides RyJo. He looks absolutely brutal on the eye test.

We need to figure out the back-up goalie situation (I still think Georgie is good enough, just needs a more reliable back-up; I miss healthy Frankie).
Our PP2 is a bit lackluster as well and it's keeping our PP1 on ice for too long.
Also Nuke just checked into the player assistance program, so our "crease creature" won't be around for a bit. Hope all goes well for him.

But damn can the boys mount a comeback late in games. The games this season have definitely not been good for my blood pressure.
