He literally does not move his leg. Are we watching the same video? How are you going to trip someone without moving? Lol... surely it's up to the other person not to skate into a stationary leg?

He is clearly skating directly forward with his legs about about as far as humanly possible to glide, just to impede Sanford going around him.

Its an obvious call thats made 100% of the time
