any body watch the 3rd period yesterday? i passed out we were up 2-0 figured we had the win but lost 3-2 lol

schenn kept his game simple had some decent deflects to out front passes some blocks wasnt trying to be overly physical looked pretty good
macdonald still sucks ass manning looked pretty good too not sure how the 3rd went but those 2 imo are looking like the top guys for the 3rd pairing so far imo

flyers final roster

Im looking at our schedule in october compared to the one last year. If we aren't .500 I'm gonna be pretty disapointed.

we usually do start off slow but i think with hextall its going to be different
this year we had guys like grioux voracek mason ect ect actually play in more then just the last preseason game
i find they always looked knida rusty and felt the needed more preseason games and they got them this season

hakstol is likely a way better coach then berube and has had pretty good amount of time to get the hang of shit and get off to a good start

guy constantly took working lines and split them up to force lines that didnt work
he didnt use players properly he gave couts umburger and read and said "go shut down the crosby ovechkins stamkos" ect ect then bitched he wasnt producing
took vinny of the #1 pp where he was scoring with his one timer and said " wtf why arent you producing vinny step it up here go play wing when you can only play center"

the players lost respect for him you could see it they didnt want him as the coach and when they dont respect the coach theres no salvaging that
hakstol is a guy that knows whats up hes used to working with young players and will likely click better when our d prospects start to transition then somebody like berube would

berube was just fucked his decision making was very questionable hakstol is a guy that seems like hes more modern and able to adapt berube was i got this and thats that
