Proper form makes it harder but also easier in a sense
You'll break form to compensate so you can lift a weight you shouldn't be lifting. (Doesn't mean you can't, just that you shouldn't)
But when you get the form right, your work out will be much better, easier and less strain on your body
On another note. Living in a small place for the year, had to put our home gym in storage.
Anyone know any good more-or-less prop/equipment free things I can do just to keep me active outside of work? Going to google soon, just thought id ask.
Really easy to work out at home. I would 100% recommend a door frame pull-up bar like this:

- Planks are high intensity and low time consumption for core, you might like those.
- Once pushups get easy, do clap pushups
- Grab books to weight your ab exercises
- Dips, again with books in your lap if you need more weight
The only thing I don't like doing at home is cardio, but there's stuff out there for that too. Kickboxing is what I've found gets my heart rate up the best, but it makes too much noise for the downstairs neighbors

so I go to a local park and do sprints.
