They said on the radio that Richardson was going to be given the 3C role lol, but I don't know if Gillis told him that in negotiations or they were just speculating.

You're right about training camp; no obvious great choices for our open forward spaces but whoever plays well will earn those spots. Really need 1 or 2 to seize this opportunity or we're royally screwed.

IMO it'd be great for us to just tank this 1 year. Higher draft pick, lots of cap space next season, rookies will get a ton of playing time... just a reset.


But MG is trying to save his job lol so he's gonna try to go for it.

I think we'll be better than we're giving the team credit for.
Should still make the playoffs, I'm just not sure, like you guys are saying, if it'd be worth it.

We're going to be one of the in the middle teams.

We'll make playoffs but it wont matter.

I'd rather suck and expect to suck than suck/be mediocre and expect to win.

If you're not rebuilding you're expected to win but we're not turning into a winning team and we're not rebuilding either

We might make the playoffs but we'll need a few surprise performances during the season, not sure if we will get that. And even if we do, we aren't good enough to win.

If Luongo goes beast mode he can carry us to SCF realistically. His mind game would be a lot stronger than it was in '11
