I think he's really gone this time, he was going to court for multiple felonies so faking his own death would be a really stupid to do. Especially considering the 2nd felony got added when he tried to Witness tamper.

I tend to agree more with Drago though, I think he was pretty fucked up and very conditioned to violence. He almost beat a gay guy to death for being gay. Straight up trash.
