By the way, for the "no ladder on launch" thing, I read it's done to avoid the inevitable server issues and start-up bugs.

Everyone knows it's going to happen, the servers are going to flood and we're going to have a ton of lag, crashes, etc.

So instead of them dealing with all that crap and players complaining about how they were hindered in the ladder race by X and Y, it makes sense to just iron out the bugs and then give everyone an even playing field.

Also read somewhere that ladder runewords will be in single player now.
