I hope Wilson targets the entire Ducks roster if we see them next year. Really give suomi Rzi something to whine about.

Not nice to hope someone harm. Not a surprise from someone who thinks a player like wilson should still play hockey

wasn't that hard of a hit imo, he embellished it a little bit. he bounced right back up after being on the ground for 30 secs then came back out after going down the tunnel pretty quickly.
perron's move was a game misconduct and a major penalty 10/10 times in the regular season.

either way, wilson won't be suspended.
perron should be though.

I would never want to take a hit like that. RzI is right to point out what happened to Marchessault neck.
Either way, the hit was late - and with intent to injure.
Concussion protocol only takes a couple minutes to run through in the darkroom -- would expect March to return quickly after being medically cleared.

I think your opinion might be a little bit biased considering your fandom ;)

Hey, im just sayin if they gonna allow a blatant cross-check to occur which lead to a game-changing goal then they should let them play hockey.
I know how Wilson plays, he's a rough player and he does whatever it takes to get in the other guys head -- including making hits like this.

Has anything happened with Perron yet?

It's honestly a product of the refs "letting them play". I've seen it in Beer League and the same holds true in the NHL, if you let players get away with stuff eventually the frustration adds up and you start to get blatant interference, slashing, etc penalties. The referees are out there to de-escalate situations not increase frustrations because of a lack of calls.

I'm not saying the hit wasnt late and a bit greasy but frankly it could have been prevented in my eyes.

Perron wont be suspended, he didnt leave the bench to join a scrum. It looks like he jumped on to check on March but ran into Ovi, either way it wasnt with the intent to start a fight.

I surely hope they let them play tonight because I don't think Washington is going to play around tonight. They are going to have a statement game tonight.
And yeah what Perron did was pretty meaningless but it still shoulda been a PP rather than a 4 on 4 xD

Gonna have to agree with GSG on the Perron issue.

Looks like he jumped on to check on march and then OVI took a run at him. (You can see him raise his stick before collision)
- Perron then distracted goes and crosschecks ovi.

I agree it should have been a PP and I agree refs missed the call on Reaves before the goal.

But thats how she goes boys, its how she goes.

Gonna be another rockin game tonight.

Saw O'Sullivan say that those refs regularly allow those front net battles

Don't know if he was just trolling though
