As much as I rag on the Avs ownership/GM for not paying talent and trading away anyone who wants big $$$, they did some amazing work on the Duchene front. Got a huge return, the team is performing better without him and Duchene looks clueless on Ottawa.

I'm not even mentioning the Flames season because I think they've under performed. The difference is they've under performed and managed to still maintain an above .500 record for the entire year.
