if you dont know what you are doing you should probably avoid connecting something flammable to natural gas imo
also do you have the NAPOLEON PRESTIGE 500 RB GAS BARBEQUE or a regular propane one?


i think there is bbqs of your brand that can connect to nat gas but not sure if all can

I had someone run the line to my deck. I just have to connect it to the bbq

if you dont have a gas bbq made for it dont think you can though im pretty sure bbqs gotta be made specifically for that
i could be wrong but from a quick google there seems to be different types of bbq gas and propane and i assume gas is for natural gas lines and propane for the tanks

if they were the same they would be gas/propane advertised imo but they seem to be seperate

apparently there is a conversion kit for propane to natural gas and a vid showing how to do it

first thing he says though is "Make sure your grill is designed for dual fuel and able to run off of natural gas. Not every propane grill can use natural gas, so be sure to consult your owner’s manual."

Yea. I looked and mine does say it can hook up to natural gas. There's also specifications on the back of the bbq for a gas hookup
