Hi guys,

Im new to NHL betting and was just wondering if someone can explain today's line. How are the Habs underdogs in ML but favorites in PL? Isn't PL -1.5 for the favoured team?

Anticipating a close game, likely.

so if i bet Tampa PL that means Tampa + 1.5 and I get 200 for every 100 i bet?

would have to explain that part, I don't bet PL, sorry.

PL is +1.5 for the ML underdog

And

-1.5 for the ML favorite

Tonight the odds for the PL were:

Montreal (+1.5) -230 odds
Tampa (-1.5) +200 odds

Same holds true in baseball for Run Line.
