Yeah they got eliminated. If the season gets cancelled and they dont play a single game from this point on, then you might have a case to get your money back, but at this point you're stuck, and if they start play again i'd say you arent getting it back.

[Friedman] Return to Play Stage 4 states, "Individuals leaving...without permission may be subject to consequences up to and including removal." In addition, "violations...will result in, for clubs, significant penalties, potentially including fines and/or loss of draft choices."

Still sceptical if this works, but at least the stakes are raised now. No fucking around in bars / clubs.

If a player tests positive for COVID-19 or develops symptoms in either Phase 3 and 4, teams are not permitted to share that information with the media or public absent prior approval from the NHL (in consultation with the NHLPA). - Johnson

From the start it has been clear it's just about money.

I said earlier in the year there was no way there would be a season. I never expected the wealthy owners to be this greedy, but I should have known better.
