The way I'm reading it is -

Ott for Stewart and a 3rd
Miller for Halak, Carrier. and a 1st

Maybe an overpay. STL has to be VERY confident in re-signing Miller, and preferably both. Frankly though, Halak has little to no trade value after his recent performances and these two going to STL makes them on par with, if not a tiny bit ahead of Chicago and Pens current teams in terms of being contenders.
