Yeah that's my main " concern " about the hit.

It wasn't really a hockey play, since he went to hit Jokinen after he had made his pass.

Still though, was 0.1 sec late and the principle point of contact wasn't the head, 3 games seems a little excessive imo.

So a slightly late hit, the interference penalty was handed out. Nn suspension

Meh, it doesn't even deserve 2 games..

Should have been 2 minutes interference and that's it, maybe 1 game cuz repeat offender.

Fraser agrees that with the footage available he did not see a headshot, agrees that Jokinen made himself vulnerable. He believes that the NHL may have some other angle which we do not... Do they still make the videos on NHL.com?

shoulder to head definitely happened

Shoulder to the head happens on 90% of the hits. If it's not the principle point of contact it's usually not a problem.

Anyway, we're out of the playoffs race so I don't really care

this is what i mean. how can you not see. he already initiated the hit when jj decided to pass. can't call it late in that situation. cowen can explain it to you he plays hockey
