Eh. It makes it sweet that she’s from Vancouver. And a BC resident. Just goes against your Alberta hick narrative. One of the problems is that Canada just isn’t very worldly. We live in the second largest country in the world and we are #14 of the least populated by area and there are 195 countries. And although Toronto is considered a Melting pot of cultures most of rural Canada isn’t culturally diverse. We just don’t get outside our own borders far enough to experience other cultures fully.
In Europe almost all of its countries, except Russia, fit into the size of Canada. And they have British, French, Italian, Belgium, Swedish, Ukrainian, Turkish etc.... all living within a few hours train ride and intermingling and sharing a currency (for now), and speaking many different languages. A lot of Europeans speak more than one language.
This is aCanada wide problem my friend.
Agreed, there's a lot of uneducated/ignorant ppl when it comes to this type of shit. They think they're 100% canadian just because they're born in canada, as if that's a requirement to be a canadian citizen. Meanwhile other races from other countries aren't considered canadian because they just assume they're born elsewere. My fiance is asian born in ontario, but to that chick in the vid would assume my fiance isn't canadian lmao. Where you're born is irrelevant as fuck, cuz i lived 95% of my life in canada and that makes me canadian. With her flawed ass logic, anyone born in canada that moves to murica and lives there 99% of their life, they aren't muricans but canadians....?
The lady in the vid is fuckin dense. Holy shit she actually says:
“I do apologize for everything that I said, because a lot of it is not me. I don’t normally say things like that. I don’t talk that way,” says Pohcha, who explains she was merely having a bad day.
However, Pocha says it’s not fair that the exchange has gone viral on social media.
“I mean, people get into arguements every day. People say things every day, it doesn’t get splattered on Facebook and go nation-wide… I don’t agree with the whole thing. I think it’s just gotten blown way out of proportion. Especially when you’re only seeing one side of the story, you’re not seeing the whole thing.”
she's basically sorry that she got exposed, not because she's racist. Her excuse is that she had a bad day, and that it's unfair its gone viral online

she clearly still doesn't get why it went viral in the 1st place

Hopefully her 3 kids are smarter than her.
