The game sure has changed.

Those pick plays used to be the norm. Textbook hockey play.

Now that gets called, even in the playoffs.


Shows how old I am getting. Sometimes I think I am watching a crafty hockey play when it is now an obvious penalty haha.


Plays like that being taken out of the game has made way for numerous players to crack 100+ points. For years you would be lucky to see one or two guys hit that mark.

Stars scored one of those last night that stood up as game winner though. Pavelski with the blatant interference that looked pretty darn similar to the play that just got called back in this game.

Only against the leafs bud

7 years in a row eliminated in the 1st round.

Lost 4 times during that stretch in game 7.

They did not even play bad tonight but this team just cant win when it matters.

Wonder what changes we will see in the off season.
