[Zig Fracassi] A couple of tidbits from the intermission of Sportsnet broadcast...Elliotte believes Bo Horvat could go to Bruins “long term”...Also, he believes Pasta’s contract will have an AAV of $10.75 million, while Stewart said it would be $11 million.

lol

i can only think of maybe Carlo as a piece, but idk if that's enough tbh.

Carlo is the "type" of player we need but has concussion and injury issues. He can't be the main piece back in a Horvat trade, especially if extended. Also probably wouldn't make sense for the Bruins to weaken their defence like that at the deadline.

I don't see why Boston would spend the assets for him at deadline in general, just sign him for free in the summer.

Colorado makes sense to me but they might be bargain shopping given the link to Monahan.

Theoretically, a team could take all of Kuzmenko + Horvat + Schenn, their combined cap hit (with Bo @ 50%) is only like 4M lol.

Would love Horvat but Avs are in no position to be big game hunting at the deadline. Even in the past they've stayed the course and haven't really completely ruin the team by trading for the best player at the deadline. I expect the same year. If we can send Girard the other way then maybe.

Dumba healthy scratched.

Been in trade rumors forever, as guys who don't live up to their potential always seem to be.

Wild rumored to be in on Schenn, so it's possible they trade Dumba, replace him with Schenn, and use that extra cap to get a forward.

Crazy how that is actually a possibly, albeit a slim one.

With the cap it's often tough enough to move just one player.

Such a shame the cap has been handled so badly we have to trade players that should be staying.

I wouldn't want to keep horvat for the price he's asking. Paying him 8+ m cuz he's having a career year and shooting at 20% is miller all over again. At least Miller provided several ppg seasons, horvat couldn't drive and is better suited as a finisher

Vegas was also in there,

But it seems like it's mainly Boston, Carolina, Detroit and Seattle as of this morning. Canucks should sit horvat tonight and tomorrow cuz it would be such a canuck thing if he gets injured.

It'll never happen, especially at home.

Bruce's last game tonight. He deserves better, fuck this management for handling him like that.

Tochett is gonna be the coach with Gonchar and Matvichuk on Monday.
