well, in finland there is no limit how long lifetime is, but after ~10 year they can "beg" to get out once per year or something.
longest ppl been like 15-16 year, even if you kill 50 ppl, you get out before 20 year.

Had the guys come out to give my home a check up since I've never had one.
Furnace is from 1992 and has four cracks in the heat exchange which is leaking a very small amount of CO2.
Need to buy a new furnace
AC unit is from 1988 but in decent shape.

my hvac guy was telling me that all the new stuff, water heater, furnace, ac they don't make them to last as long anymore, you'd be lucky to get 10-15 years vs the 25+ in the past
