Might have something to do with NBA playing meaningless games until Monday while the NHL playoffs and play-ins been going on for 2-3 weeks now?

Yeah it was all meaningless other than 4 teams fighting for 8th spot in the West

I'm sure it'll flip starting Monday

I think all these games for the NHL have been nationally broadcast where as in the nba many of the games have still been on their subscription service with only one to three nationally televised games per day.

As long as the tv contract for the nhl gets bigger and bring more exposure to the game ill be happy. Nhl and the nfl playoffs are something special tbh
