The Athletic spoke to another woman who was at the bar the same night who says she made out with a player (not confirmed to be one of the John Does) who then tried to get his friends to kiss her and tried multiple times to pressure her to go back to the hotel with them, collectively.

Also, alcohol was served at the gala event including to underage players, and players were apparently drinking heavily.

One woman in attendance said some players were drinking heavily at the dinner, and that one player commented that she “had a tight ass” in her dress.

So these fuckers were deliberately looking for their prey. Like it was premeditated, not like a moment thing.

We just have to let this whole thing play out and see if the names actually come out. Sounds like nobody will see criminal justice because the case was closed and there wasn't enough evidence to press charges. Depending on how this turns out then public opinion may pressure into consequences from their respective teams

The photos are definitely speculation and isn't evidence. However, it's a good indicator who was actually there and wasn't that night. At least for the players in the photos. Idk if anyone cared enough to go through all their statements they released and see of any of them contradict but so far kyorou, mete, etc. Players that said they weren't even in town are cleared ezpz

Teams will give a fuck, the NHL will too. It was Batherson not Norris, nobody said anything about terminating contracts, although I guess that could be a possibility.

All the speculation is just a waste of energy and we just have to wait to see what happens
