Colorado has 3.9mil cap space with no 2C, unless they break up rantanen and mackinnon since Newhook is not ready for 2c role yet.

Leafs have 750k cap space with 2 RFA's to sign and round out their roster.

So basically, it's an off season, a lot could change, a lot of moves are gonna be made, things happen in the off-season, they just have to be cap compliant when the season starts, which is not today.

Maaaaan this Hockey Canada scandal is a total mess.

So Hockey Canada has been outed as taking a percentage of registration fees from players to put it in a fund to pay out settlements for players of sexual assault allegations, or other sorts of allegations. What the fuck.

She says she was crying and intimidated against leaving the room, while the players' lawyers are now revealing text conversations to the press, where the players are outright asking her whether she went to the police, and to call the police to tell them to stop investigating the encounter. And there is a video a player filmed right after the encounter where he asks her to say on camera that she is sober and it was consensual. But the players are still in the room with her during this weird video, which means the video is worthless in court for intimidation factors and other reasons. But how weird the player felt he needed to ask her to say those things on camera, sketchy as fuck. What a mess.

Sure hope my boy Dube wasn't involved.

The whole Hockey Canada payout happening without player knowledge is pretty big. It basically implies guilt, and the players/lawyers are obviously not happy about that.

Formenton and Batherson were both part of that team. I hope they were not involved in this train. It's not even the woman taking this further? Was is discovered by media and now people are asking questions? Hopefully it's resolved
