Dante Fabbro: “was asleep in his own room in a different part of the hotel that evening and was not involved in with the alleged incident that was investigated by Henein Hutchison” and that Fabbro “fully cooperated” with that probe.

Jonah Gadjovich: “The events described in the story are serious and reprehensible. Jonah was not involved in the incident and does not have any comment on legal proceedings and the settlement involving other parties.”

Boris Katchouk: “Boris has fully cooperated with the Hockey Canada investigation and will continue to provide that cooperation in any further investigation. Beyond this statement we are not commenting further.”

Cale Makar: “Both Cale and I have verified a number of times – and verify again, here – that he was not involved in any way in the alleged conduct from 2018. Cale fully participated in the external investigation. He met with the attorneys in person for an interview and answered all their questions.”

Victor Mete: Statement saying he was out of the country at the time.

they should but idk, it's the NHL. Thomas and Batherson just signed huge deals. If they were part of the 8 involved, i wonder if NHL will terminate their contracts, send em to jail.

Katchouk response also sticks out to me

gonna be hilarious they gave so much shit for malioux for that text nude shit, which is bad and the league made a huge deal out of it. This gang sexual assault is far more severe, so let's see how the NHL handles this situation. My bet is gonna be slap on the wrist sadly, but i hope im wrong.

Kadri said he's willing to only join contending teams, so the teams are trying to clear some cap space to see if they can fit him

so basically kadri is saying, make me a better offer than >9 mil that sakic has for me, or imma just stay in colorado

he's being greedy af, can't expect to be paid and go to a contender team.

MacFerland might say sry Kadri, the deal is off the table now, you took too long to decide.

Then he will scramble but most teams will have their shit figured out and he would have no choice but to go to a non-contending team with cap space to cash in.
