Switch up your routine accordingly

Madbarz.com
Check out the medium skill level workouts. Maybe some beginner levels
You'll get your lean! :)

Can also do a HITT style in the morning and workout at night.

Can try 300 pushups a day for a month. That will get you a pretty puffed up chest.  Not the best as far as recovery goes though So obviously nnot long term plan.

That or Scott Herman has a good push up shoulder exercise on YouTube

no i know how to cut it's just i wasn't dedicated enough with food haha :P

Trying to figure out a good routine for this summer. I have:

Sunday - possibly softball
Monday - 1.5 mile walk to work
Tuesday - bowling
Wednesday - hockey and walk to work half the time
Thursday - hockey and walk to work
Friday - walk to work
Saturday - nothing

Any lifting I do will fuck me up for sports. Anyone have similar schedules?

Ever try to run the day after legs day? If I were committed to getting big I'd just suck it up but 4 minute shifts in hockey are a bitch after lifting lol.

i'm playing hockey 3 times a week so it's really tough for me to hit the gym as much as i would like when i factor in my work schedule

when i try to gym on hockey days i definitely have less stamina when i play hockey that night

Yeah, friday's really the only day I have that I can work out and not suffer in fun. But who wants to have sore legs on saturday
I've been doing mini-workouts on my off days, maybe I'll just stick to that. Low weight squats, high weight curls, dips pushups and planks. Really just trying to kick about 5-10 lbs by my birthday in august.

Eat enough and work your legs often and they won't be sore . I was squatting heavy 3x a week after a well your legs adjust and you do not get sore

This. Was squatting about 90-95% for 5 sets 3 Times a week at the end of my program and didnt get sore at all. Its all about your will. Only working your legs Twice a week is fine. 1 is too low and you Will get sore
