i honestly dont get why they dont just pay them more if you rely on tips to get paid you should find a better job imo
but girls nowadays its like i deserve a $10 tip because im sexy and brought you food and im wifey material that costs extra

like il go to the counter and get my own damn food why do we even have people walk around delivering shit should be optional delivery and tip if you get it if not then done ez pz

If they're in that situation, they better gamble working their ass off and risk not getting tipped by few cheap fuck rather than gambling to be lazy and expect to be tipped all the time and complain if majority of the time you get 0 tips. Time to find another job if the later is the better choice for the person.
