Sounds like you don’t even get charged with a dui anymore. Just a 90dsy suspension. And they arnt clear on how to test impaired drivers who they suspect smoked weed.




Probably just like ppl who are alcoholics get installed in their vehicles. Don’t see how that would work for weed though.

Doesnt to be too clear on how they intend to test people. They make mention of a blood-THC level that they intend to use as a cut off but thats it. Essentially this is just outlining the punishment and still more info to come on road side testing.

breathalyzers are very inaccurate for weed
if they plan to use those going to be lots of issues ive heardof people like fighting them in court or something and winning because it doesnt actually prove shit

imo a blood test is irrelevant too when it comes to marijuana testing for road side. I thought at one point they could test saliva? Surprised there been no progress on that front

I'm currently buying everything new and throwing all my current shit in the garbage..... and hopefully moving out this summer
if not it's gonna be next year or sometime before if there's something good available
