I’m not trying to advocate for that at all. I’m saying the testing has to be different. I’m middle aged and have a very high tolerance to marijuana. Not like some 18-20 year old who’s never built a tolerance up and smokes and gets silly. I smoke and I feel normal. This is a big factor which makes testing while driving extremely hard. Cause like nearin pointed out. My blood thc level is more than likely over the “legal limit” and it could be maybe 12 hours or more since my last joint. You cannot at all have the same testing methods as alcohol.

Not denying that rzi. I’m saying if they’re going to be using that logic to take guns away. Then it will be applied to ALL drugs that will make you “experience altered or impaired mental states that affect their judgement that can lead to irrational or unpredictable behaviour”. And that includes prescribed meds and alcohol!
