ias doesn't count twice, the ias that is shown on a weapon is calculated into the displayed dps on the weapon.

too many people dont get that and over pay for it

the benefit of more attacks could only be if you're using +life per hit gear

ias makes you attack faster, giving you more damage over a period of time...

on any other gear yes

ias on weapon is calculated on the weapon

look at the attacks per second, and compare with the base weapon aps


example: that 1500+ dps weapon. the 16% ias is already calculated into the dps on the weapon, making it 1500+, you do not get an additional 16% once it's equipped.

so youre saying a bow with 1500dps and 1.1 aps is the same as 1500 dps and 1.28 aps

People are really overpaying right now. Same thing when people were paying thousands of fg for 3 stat items in the beginning. It's only been a couple weeks. Shit like that is going to become a lot more common

Yea, that bow without 16% ias would only display 1317.25 dps.

im saying both have exact same dps, one bow has ias the other does not
what would you rather have

both bows display exact same dps.

i may never spend a single fg on an item i dont really get why anybody would, drops in the game are so common,and like cratic said will only get more common

i have a solid 53 wizard going right now, 200k game gold wouldnt think twice about buying an item on this site, especially
