it started in the states reports of clowns trying to lure kids into woods with candy and money or some shit
then people freaked out and now theres a wave of people who think its funny to dress as a clown and just try and scare people for attention
i live in a small city and there here even

one got beat up and it was a 15 year old kid lol



they generally just stand there and watch you trying to freak you out
if you run at them they will likely run away or else have some sort of weapon and kill you

but there has been incidents of clowns chasing people but yeah if i dont see any weapon dude under the costume better be stacked or hes gettin his ass whooped
