yeah way overpaid on the phone costs there, since your contract ended i'd look for cheaper plans. Call your phone retention and tell them you're looking to cut expenses, and ask them if they got similar/cheaper month to month plan, otherwise you're looking to switch over. 99.9% they'll match or give you a better plan, especially if your history with paying bills is good with them.
Not sure if $200 cable fee is worth it to you, but personally i don't think cable in 2018 is worth it. it's kinda like paying for landline phone in 2018... I usually just stream everything on my TV that i like to watch specifically than flick channels
