Sorry for freaking you out hahah. Nylander fell and his skate went right over the head of Vasilevski, 7-8 inches down and it was right in the throat area.

I'm honestly surprised skate cuts in general aren't more common with how often players get tangled up.

equipment has gotten a lot better i think that helps prevent a lot of them

Honestly I think about how close skate slashes were in a game probably once a month in the season.
