most likely yes but it's hard to believe when you have anxiety. i know some symptoms are 100% anxiety

Im prone to anxiety. Its weird, im considered by my friends and co workers as the opposite... But some ppl dont understand it.

So meny sleepless nights, sweaty hands, irregular rapid heart beating and a face that goes red is a second from my chin to the tips of my wars lol

I'm still an anxiety wreck ball, but I can at least sleep a bit. Do some meditation before bed, think about things other than sources of anxiety in bed, learn to consistently breath deeply (4 seconds in 4 seconds out, helps a ton with getting a steady heart rate), take a natural sleepind aid like chamomile tea or melatonin.

My dad had a heart attack almost 15 years ago and still alive today.

For awhile now I thought I have an irregular heartbeat. But been to dr multiple times and hooked up to ecg and shit and done blood work and they tell me I’m healthy...makes me second guess our healthcare when I go to them with an issue and they seem to just brush it off

he died of a heartattack that night in his sleep. he was a big boy, smoker, unhealthy eater etc the whole bit. definitely not doing his part. but the fact that he went to the hospital that very evening and got cleared is super scary. think it was north york general.

e/ story is like 3rd hand, not 100% sure what they said it was when they sent home. But they dismissed it as something super minor.

Ya never thought i had heart attack symptoms but sometimes I feel as if I have an irregular heartbeat. I can feel my heart beat in my chest for 2-3 seconds and doesn’t feel “right” hard to explain.
I mention this to my GP and he goes on a rant on how sometimes if the body is relaxing you can feel the heartbeat and it’s a normal thing. Regardless he still sent me for blood work and and ecg. But the ecg is only a 5-10 minute hookup and during that time I didnt feel it like i usually so. I need one of them heart monitors that I can wear for a day or two. Then I bet they’d see some results.
I’m more afraid of melanoma to be honest. Runs in my family and have had 3 family members who have had it. I’m scheduled to see the specialist in may. Only after waiting since July for the appointment
