Datsyuk (lower-body) will miss the next two games.
Datsyuk has missed practice for the last two days and will not play on Thursday or Friday. Coach Mike Babcock said he wasn’t sure whether or not Datsyuk would be available on Sunday. His absence likely means an increased role for Riley Sheahan

Problems go far past people getting hurt. Even with a fully healthy team they have to figure their shit out. Hopefully losing players will get some guys to step up, I'm not too worried that they'll get knocked out of playoffs but it's gonna be 5 games or less in the first round at this rate.

As long as they make playoffs it's better for them to be injured now than later. Wings are 6 points up on Boston and 5 up on ottawa so taking 5 or so of the final games should suffice. Then they're healthy for playoffs and Jimmy can go back to being clutch like every post season. Gotta figure out the lines though, far too many games recently where wings score 1 or 2 goals.
