Tkachuk has just as much potential as Zadina, he's just a way more rounded player it seems. Zadina has that sweet shot though he already said since Montreal and Ottawa didn't pick him that he will score many goals on us haha

Yeah that's a fair point as well. Altough I think with a high pick like that you need to go for the homerun. I just think Tkachuk has what it take to be a special player as well. Some people are selling him short imo.

I think it really comes down too Tkachuk fits the needs of the sens more then zadina. Idk much about zadina but he sounds like the type of player the sens already have a bunch of.

The Sens don't have anyone like Zadina

Also in the 2019 draft

With the 1st overall pick obtained from the Ottawa Senators, the Colorado Avalanche select Jack Hughes.

Whatever dude. The way the red wings run you won't see zadina in more then 5 years anyways.

Of course we all know that is what is going to happen at next year's draft B)

Exactly , you might want a home-run and have the organizational depth to swing for one. The next GM needs a roster player sooner. No one is wrong , just different needs which is why the draft isn’t just a cookie cut copy paste off central scouting rankings.

Detroit says they were going to take Evan Bouchard 6th overall if Zadina wasn't available.

It sounds like everyone is happy with their picks except the Habs

/e which is funny

I'm mostly worried Zadina is going to turn into a stud, he does not look like he is going to bust
