the blues were in that exact situation at least 3 times this year where you could "barely" see white between the puck and the goal line in replays, and every time i was confident theyd call it a goal, they never did.

Because it was the WRONG call... It's not like it was questionable and could reasonably go either way. There is video evidence that clearly shows that the puck is in. There's no excuse for blowing that call.
