Only way you get out of it totally is if you show up to the court date. And the issuing officer doesn't show up to present his case.

Photo radar tickets aren't even issued by a cop here. It's a private company.

Funny story, where I used to live everyone knew who was issuing the photoradar tickets in town, this one ass with a fancy red truck. Somebody stole the guy's license plate off his truck and tore up and down the street where he was taking photos the next day, going like 50km+ over the limit, back and forth. The ticket are issued automatically, so the photoradar guy got mailed a ton of speeding tickets in the mail.

Seems like he's full of shit. He lost his wallet late at night in Rio and then made up a story saying he was mugged at gun point and had a gun pointed to his head. Seems like it's made up because the details keep changing from having a gun pointed to his head, to having a gun pointed at him, to the guy having a gun. I guess Lochte cant handle being in Phelps shadow so he has to find another way to get into the spotlight.
