Straight from the rulebook

Rule 46.8, "Fighting Off the Playing Surface," specifically deals with this, reading, "Whenever a Coach or other non-playing Club personnel becomes involved in an altercation with an opposing player, Coach or other non-playing Club personnel on or off the ice, shall be automatically suspended from the game, ordered to the dressing room and the matter will be reported to the Commissioner for further disciplinary action."

Guess that means the officials deemed the off ice incident to not be an altercation? Doesnt mean anything though, Colin can and will see it differently.

if he was good to play i dont blame him hes easily one of their best players he should be out there helpin them win games



doesnt look like any punches were thrown just kinda holding back n pushing away sorta deal its more a roughing then fighting

Dmitry Orlov will be suspended 2 games for his hit on Brayden Schenn yesterday,

I thought he was going to get more then that, this isnt the first time hes been suspended for a hit.
