Ive been working out in my basement with what equipment I have and doing P90x ab routine every day since we started this.
Abs are almost there! Pics maybe when theyre really in :lol:

I bet you could see them if I had run every day like i wish i could but my knee is so toast... going to get MRI and scope it soon :(

Time to get cardio up somehow. Beer league starts on sunday night!

Abs appear with proper diet and reducing bodyfat

Up to 182ish pounds now and can deadlift over 3 plates :)

Counting your calories is key.. if you want to gain wait you need to eat 500 calories above maintenance.

at least 1-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight
about .5 g of fat per bw

rest is all carbs.


I didnt make good progress until I actually started calorie counting.
