If its a PPI, most likely. I could be wrong, if you decide to google and find out, please post what you find here.
Its really depressing, but i might just quit the foods and go on the diet my body needs to be optimal.

Sad part is i was persceibed prevacid by multiple docs who said i can use it for ever to cheat the reflux.
Total bs. Theres a canadian and us lawsuit that is not long filed.
Yeah doctor's don't even tell or know much about the side effects. I was told just to take them because it's safe
And when taking ppi your stomach doesn't work like it should. Better take magnesium from pills if you work out and even more so if you take ppi
Magnesium helped my heart palpitations
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4110863/In 2011, the FDA released a warning based upon several published case reports stating that PPIs may cause hypomagnesemia if taken for longer than a year [FDA, 2011]. In approximately 25% of cases reviewed, magnesium supplementation alone did not adequately increase serum magnesium levels and thus PPI therapy had to be discontinued. It is considered to be reasonable practice to screen patients with a history of cardiac arrhythmias or those on antiarrhythmic agents for low serum magnesium if they are on chronic PPI therapy.
