I did the courses and got the certificate. Writing the exam for the PMP won’t really help me cause I’m not in construction/IT/engineering etc. Maybe one day..

It was probably the most difficult exam I’ve taken. I through engineering in school as well. The problem is that you have to think like how they think.
It’s a 4 hour 200mc exam. Took me 3hr 50min to do all the questions
You need courses and the exam itself is like 500 bucks
My course and practice exams were online which helped a bunch. The exam itself you have to go to a center and take it there. It’s also on a computer though

In there it was literally airport security lol. Metal detector, removing jewellery no water etc

There was some people in my class that took a course that were doing some hospital stuff. Not construction based though

I’m construction so the pmbok pretty much revolves around what I do for the most part

Wtf no water for 4 hours? Did they have bathroom breaks? Someone watch you pee lol...

Sheesh that hard eh?

Been thinking about what to get my employer to pay for but now you got me worried I'd fail it haha

Sorry, you can bring water and snacks but it’s outside the test room. You have to check out and someone is at reception watching what you do lol. It is very strict

Bathroom - not sure lol. Took a shit before. You could prob put notes in the washroom but it really won’t help you. Trust me.

My employer paid for my course, I paid for my exam. Course was like 1500 or something - 35cdus or whatever it is. The exam is 429 with a pmi memebership. Membership cost is 129 and you get a free pmbok
