Kirill doesn't want a big contract, that's why there is a hold up. He wants a 3 year contract, a bridge deal instead. Wild wanted to lock him up for 8 years. So I think Wild is trying to push for 4-5yrs, whereas Kirill is trying to stick with 3 yrs or less, or bolt to KHL

Don’t rule out a Hoffman return to STL. talks continue. 3-4 years in the 5-5.5 range could get it done.

tierney was an amazing PK guy when he was with the sharks, id assume he was the same with the sens

Sounds like the three goaltenders selected by Seattle will be Chris Driedger (FLA), Vitek Vanecek (WSH) and Joey Daccord (OTT).

Oilers had multiple offers on the table for Larsson, including a 4 and 5 year term. Sense is this wasn't a decision made based on the Oilers being out-bid. Likely Larsson deciding on a change of scenery.
