In all fairness to Snow, he has Okposo, Nielsen, Hamonic, Tavares, Grabner, and Bailey on cheap mid-to-long term contracts. IIRC he's incredibly limited by their owner who doesn't want to spend past the cap - frankly I feel like the only reason he offered such an inflated contract is because the cap is going up next year, which means the minimum will go above isles current hit.
With vanek, bouchard, and their goalies still unsigned for next year, isles are barely above half the cap max right now lol. They're in a really good position to go after some free agents if the free agents will go there.
they are also limited becasue of buyouts still no? arent they still paying for yashin or w/e ?
and the teams decent but honestly every move he makes seems to be a bad one ... they should get an assistant gm for trades
