I was disappointed with how they used him tonight. Went to the game and it was just sad all around, even the ticket holders we are friends with next to us said they expected it to be a better effort. Tatar was so bad that he lost his spot on datsyuk's wing quickly, everyone tried to make cutesy passes that ended up in turnovers, and there was never anyone covering the man in front of the net.
Most annoying to me though was that Pulkkinen was clearly one of the few guys giving 100% and he was buried on the 4th line all night. I'd have put him on the top line with Abdelkader and Datsyuk. He was constantly open, in position, and had his stick raised for a one timer but no one every went to him. Great defensively also.
that what happens when you dont have enough Canadians on your team. the winningest teams understand this though.
