From what everyone who's been inside the game says, so much is talked about that doesn't even get leaked let alone go down in an actual transaction.

Just because it doesn't happen doesn't mean it wasn't talked about. That said, I imagine most GM's are talking about everything and anything all the time, or at least they should be if they're doing their due diligence.
