why are return flights cheaper than one way. 1500 for a one way to amsterdam. 1100 for a return

so they spend their money to drugs or what? must be idiots. if they get like 600-700 per month, it should be really easy to get home, specially cus if rent is lets say 300$, social office helps with extra 240$

rent cost more than that, the assistance programs are shit, and while there is a large percentage that dont want to be homeless, there is also a percentage that chooses to live that life.

and yes.... drugs/alcohol/mental problems are the leading factors

i see its very hard in usa. how much money they get per month?

in finland its minium 550e / 700$ and cheapest 30m2 houses are 260 rent+water, if someone go live there, they need pay like 50$ per month and social office pays rest of rent. electricity, internet and phone is about 50e per month, so even then ppl have 550 - 50 - 50 = 450, definetly over 400 euro per month to buy food and other stuff
