i see its very hard in usa. how much money they get per month?
in finland its minium 550e / 700$ and cheapest 30m2 houses are 260 rent+water, if someone go live there, they need pay like 50$ per month and social office pays rest of rent. electricity, internet and phone is about 50e per month, so even then ppl have 550 - 50 - 50 = 450, definetly over 400 euro per month to buy food and other stuff
